The Corn Maze!

October 21 - Another opportunity for us to experience something new about our culture in the deep south! We took a trip to the corn maze!

October 19 - Just when we thought it couldn't get anymore bizarre... Grandma packed up a shopping bag with odds and ends from her room and headed out our side door, in the rain. Good thing we have bells on the door and Shellie heard it and subsequently caught a confused grandma. She did not know where she was going or that she had even packed her bag! And she didn't even realize it was raining! When asked if she wanted to leave grandma replied, "why would I want to do something as stupid as that!"

Yep, our doors are now dead bolted!

Mandi gets Baptized!

October 16 - A very special day as Mandi gets baptized at Compass. This was especially huge because Mandi is Jewish! Jim asks Mandi about her faith in Jesus! Ashley, a good friend and former youth pastor up to stand with her.

October 15 - Prestin, Deron & Steve earned their blue belts in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu when Eddie Camden came from Tiger Academy and led the way. Here is Prestin doing the punching drill. Note BOB all dressed up in Ninja gear behind P to the right!
